Some of the leagues and teams discussed are the Premier League, MLS, NWSL, USMNT, USWNT, and FIFA World Cup.
We sit down to discuss the 2017 MLS season that is poised to kick off. A lot of trades, pick ups, and new teams make for plenty of interesting storylines in this upcoming season.
Our beer of the pod is a tasty one Blake brought in from Tampa Bay Brewing Company. He picked Quat, their seasonal fruit ale brewed with fresh Kumquats.

In honor of Valentine's Day, we open this pod with love poems dedicated to our love of the Premier League. An Arsenal heavy discussion is had regarding the future of Arsene Wenger after the drubbing the Gooners took at the hands of FC Bayern Munich, and we look ahead to the FA Cup schedule.
Ron was responsible for this episode's beer pick, and he provided another rare one. This time he went back to Bell's Brewery and introduced us their Hopslam Ale.

It's back to the English Premier League as we discuss all the points dropped last weekend, and how Chelsea has its foot on the pedal. Are the already destined for glory? Blake and Ferris hope not, but Ron can't stop smiling.
Ferris brought in a great beer pick for this episode. In honor of the Icelandic Swansea midfielder, Gylfi Þór Sigurðsson, he brought in an Icelandic Arctic Pale Ale from Einstök Brewery. This beer is definitely one of the favorites so far. Skál!!!
In this pod special, we discussed the recent NWSL Draft, the recent founding of the North Carolina Courage, and FIFA & CONCACAF awards bestowed upon several of the players from the United States Women's National Team. The other big news to cover was USWNT stars opting to postpone their NWSL play (or leave the NWSL completely) for a chance to play in Europe. With Ron still under the weather, Ferris and Blake were joined in the studio by local NWSL and women's soccer expert Caitlin Elliott.
Since Caitlin was visiting our studio live for the first time, she wanted to provide the beer of the pod. She picked a good one in Green Man Brewery's delicious porter. We had a lot to say about this beer.
