We are back after a break to talk some soccer and craft beer. In this episode we talk about the recent match we attended of the USMNT vs Ecuador, Premier League, and MLS Week 5. In that last one, we dive a bit into the frustrations we are having with our local Orlando City Soccer Club.

The beers of this pod are local ones brought in by Ferris. The firs is a Brut IPA called Brut Zero from Ellipsis Brewery here in Orlando, FL. The second review is another Orlando beer called Joyland American IPA from Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company.

TBG 115: Glory, Glory, Man United | Premier League Matchday 29 | MLS 2019 West Preview

In this new episode of your favorite craft beer and soccer podcast, we take a quick look at recent Premier League action and Man United’s crazy Champions League win over PSG, then dive into a preview of the MLS West for the 2019 season. As each team is previewed, we also take a look at the top brewery where the stadiums are located.

Ron brings in two beers to review in this episode. The first brew is a pale ale from Coopers Brewery in Australia, and the second is an IPA from the Grizzly Paw Brewing Company in Canmore, Alberta in Canada.

TBG 114: Premier League Week 27 | League Cup Final Chelsea Fiasco | MLS East 2019 Season Preview

So much drama to talk about; Spurs’ manager Mauricio Pochettino lashes out at referee Mike Dean, and Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga refuses to leave the match after manager Maurizio Sarri tried to substitute him off. There is a lot to unpack. Plus we take a look at the Eastern Conference of MLS and preview their 2019 season.

Beers of the pod were provided by Blake. We start with a barrel aged sour red from local Florida brewery Crooked Can, then end with another barrel aged beer in New Holland Brewing’s Dragon’s Milk.

Ron is not a fan of sours, so Blake made sure he had one since his beloved Chelsea has been having such a sour time. We love ya, Ron! (But we thought the sour was great!)

TBG 113: Chelsea Takes a Tumble | FA Cup | UEFA Champions League

Lot to talk about in this episode. Chelsea got taken behind the shed for a good ol’ fashioned butt whooping’, the FA Cup final teams are starting to shape up, during the UEFA Champions League Manchester United has their first loss under their new manager, and Tottenham soars past Dortmund. We also play the final round of ‘What the What?! It’s the FA Cup!”.

Ron brought in the final of his New Zealand beers for us to try. These three came to us from Monteith’s Brewing.

The football discussion was still going strong, so Blake grabbed a bonus beer for the pod. A new Brut IPA from Sierra Nevada Brewing.

TBG 112: Premier League Matchweek 24 | What the what?! It's the FA Cup part 2

We are back with another addition of the new game show “What the What?! It’s the FA Cup!”. We also dive into some of the crazy upsets from the Premier League’s 24th match week. Bournemouth was on fire! Chelsea was…not. In fact, this match inspired a song parody that starts around 1:15:10 on the show. Enjoy.

Our beers of the pod are Brough in by Ron. The first beer is a highly rated White IPA from Moa Brewing in Marlborough, New Zealand. We finish off the show with a beer from Hespeler Village in Ontario, Canada. It’s a Four Father's Brewing IPA from their scratch series. This was batch IV 008.
